Online purchases made through the Site are valid for exchange, or return to 14 days of receiving your order. Our courier company will collect the exchange order from your address, and will deliver the new order at the same time.

If you wish to only return your items, our courier company will pick up the items from your home or office free of charge.
If in case you decided to exchange your items with a different size / color or any other item, our courier company will then pick up the item from your place and give you the new exchange item on the spot.
*All Heavy Equipment's that requires installation, once installed return or exchange are not applicable. Our maintenance team will make sure to show the machine or any heavy equipment live before installment.
PAYMENT
Currently our payment option is only cash on delivery, the total amount of your order will be collected upon delivery by our courier company.
